[ For the most part, Rika had managed to stay safe by remaining inside the Freya House, but sitting around and being able to do nothing was causing her to become antsy. Without a word to anyone (knowing they would fret), she had wandered outside into the Freya District, wielding a mop. It might look silly for a little girl such as herself swinging that thing around, but she managed at least to knock out two fairies on her own.

Two fairies... wow...! Only two fairies and Rika's already feels done for. When she realizes she can't take on much more than that, she reluctantly switches on the video feed.

She's kneeling down with her mop, taking a small break. Her scarf and jacket is already a little torn up and she has a few small scratches on her hands. Her break might not last long once more fairies notice her. ]

Mii. I may need an escort back to the Freya House. They were much more difficult than I thought.

[ For her anyway. ]

Hanyuu, Rena, Shi. Are the three of you okay?

[ It's easy to get seperated from Amakusa in this kind of chaos, not to mention they belong to different houses to start with, so Ange's out alone as well - that's when she spots the younger girl, right as she takes down one of the fairies as well. ]

... Rika Furude. Is it really alright for you to be out alone like this?

... [ She doesn't want to admit it, but... it's true. Sob. And that's why she needs an escort back! ]

No. I underestimated those fairies.

You shouldn't stay out here alone. [ even if she's a nipa-ing bernkastel clone.. ] Before you know they'll rip you to shreds.

Mii. I know. [ She holds up her sleeves and ends of her scarf. It's partially shredded already! And she still doesn't know what a Bernkastel is. ]

...Ange shouldn't stay out here alone either. Where is Amakusa?

I lost him somewhere along the way, I think. [ she's glancing over her shoulder, considering she still expects him to pop up any moment now in that way he always can out of nowhere.. ]

But I'll be fine on my own. I'm not a kid anymore.

The Hel House is a ways off from here. That's your house, isn't it? Are you able to fight without him?

Yeah, I went to Baldr first since that's his House, but.. seems like it didn't help much. [ since she's without him all the same right now. ]

And I can protect myself just fine. It's the people back home who thought I needed a babysitter just to get through the day.

[ Ah, she'll just trust your words. Rika needed to get back to her house, right now...! ]

...Are you on your way back?

There's a few other people I have to make sure are okay first. [ like Battler, and-- ]

... Wait, why are you asking?

...I need an escort back to the Freya House. Or at least, somewhere indoors that's safe. [ Because she made a dumb decision of running outside and now she feels bad. ]

[ Get a stare for a few moments, since.. well, on one hand, it's Bernkastel clone. On the other hand, it's just a little girl out here with these monsters, and Ange can't bring it in herself right now to be cold enough to just abandon her, so.. ]

... Stick to me, I guess. I'm headed somewhere indoors either way. [ not like there's any other reason or anything!! ]

[ She's interpreting that moment of staring as maybe Ange's too busy to escort her or she might get in the way. ]

Thank you. [ She nods, being an obedient Moekastel today...! Rika has joined the party! ] I won't get in the way if you have to fight off anymore fairies.

[ Rika has joined the party, you now have the power of miiracles on your side! ]

I'll get them away if they come to close, so.. yeah, you just stay back. [ besides, that way Rika is less likely to get hurt. ] And there's no need to thank me.

Mii? [ Blink, blink. ] Ange is willing to help me, so she deserves to be thanked.

Nipa~☆ [ She beams and totters up close behind the red-haired girl. She'd leave most of the fighting to her, but she still has her mop to fight just in case. ] Please lead the way.

[ There's a small nod towards the younger girl, and then Ange takes off, making sure to pick the path that has the least amount of those annoying fairies in their way. Occasionally she glances over her shoulder too to make sure Rika is still there and okay (not that she cares or anything, though!!) as she walks, occasionally kicking one of the fairies out of the way. ]

You sure managed to get yourself into a dangerous situation.

[ Rika follows close behind, mimicking Ange's number of steps and trying to stop at the same time she does. She'll just smile a little every time the older girl glances back (as if to say, "hi, I'm still here. Nipa~☆") and try to peer around her to see what's in front of them. ]

There are several people that I'm worried about, but it's too much trouble for me to make it to their houses on my own. I will have to hope they saw the message that I broadcast.

[ Moekastel is being moe.. But it's okay, today Ange isn't really as annoyed over it since she's more focused on getting through the hordes here. ]

I bet they will. Besides, you're safe from these creatures as long as you have some basic fighting skills, it seems.. And people have their new powers too.

[ She holds up her mop and makes little hitting motions at the air. ] Mii. I can fight... only for about a minute though. And I don't think my power is very strong. [ I'm only level one! ]

What kind of power does Ange have? I don't know much about the people in the Hel House.

[ She was trying to fight them off with that mop and.. her power isn't very strong? Ange wonders what it is too, but at least there's no harm in telling Rika about her power, so she shrugs a little. ]

There's two kinds of powers in the Hel House as far as I know. It's all about control. One is kind of like controlling shadows, and the other one is about controlling other people's bodies. I belong to the latter group. [ She would demonstrate, but.. she would feel bad using it on a kid like Rika to make her flick her own forehead or something like that. People like Shu are perfect for it, though. ]

[ Rika just keeps on tottering along while chatting with Ange. Wheeee~. She might slam into the older girl's back if she suddenly decides to stop... ]

Mii. Have you tried using your power on any of the fairies?

[ It's like baby Rika and mama goose Ange.. ]

No, I haven't.. I'm not sure if I actually want to try though, since it might leave me wide open for an attack of theirs if it doesn't work.

[ Lead baby Rika back to the nest... ]

I see. You're already faring well against them without powers, so it's not really necessary.

[ It's okay, mama goose Ange will definitely protect her..!! Also, she makes a faintly near-amused sound at that. ]

[ it's the weirdest thing ever, that's for sure.. but she nods, and it's actual some genuine gratefulness-- TAKE THAT. ]

Thanks. Someone around here needs to do the fighting, after all, since my bodyguard is too lazy to constantly be present to do it for me. Guess that means I'm just helping out other people in his place.
