[There's gotta be a better way to do this. There's just got to be. However he realizes that he's running out of time, especially with the appearance of certain people in the city of Asgard.

He doesn't bother to show his face. Instead he's setting up a text…somehow that seems much, much safer.]

Party's over, I'm afraid. Back to business.

Quick question for the masses:

A.) Would you consider yourself useful here?
B.) Why so? Or, I suppose, why not?
C.) Serious responses only.

[He's fully anticipating not-serious responses, but at least it gives him a bigger pool to work with.]

Additionally, you may very well know that Euridice Taverna's left the city which means that I'm short one business partner. I'm not precisely looking for a new partner, but perhaps a few new hires.

Serious inquiries only.

1.) Yes, that's correct. For all three accounts.

Ah, it might be best to end using the numbers for each response as I do agree with your own point of view over the matter of rules. They can be changed. Or in most cases, they can be interpreted in a different matter. It all depends on the individual and their level of skill and will-power to accomplish a certain goal. Life is all about survival of the fittest, correct?

But as mentioned beforehand, it is always best to be graded of one's worth by another voice that isn't your own. After all, it is quite easy to say, 'I am the most useful. I can do anything. I am the best in this field.' I much prefer to have proof than to speak for the sake of speaking.

[Then again.]

At this point, I might be doing just that: speaking for the sake of speaking. I do not believe I have met any of your expectations by offering these type of answers. Have I?

You honored me with your benevolent words. Thank you.

Life is known as difficult for most. It's only natural for those with the capabilities, that you have most delightfully spoken about, to be the key components in having a more successful life. One an individual chooses than rather allow their surroundings to affect their destiny.
[And even then.] Those that know how to use their faculties to the fullest are the only ones who are capable to maneuver through life and shape it to the way they wish to see it fit.

[He most definitely agrees with this part of the conversation.]

It's always good to have a healthy amount of pride in oneself. I am certain you have every right to feel as such. You seem to be a very perceptive individual. [However.] I do not believe I am worthy enough to feel as though I am of any worth to anyone. Without my master, the one who holds my self-respect, I have no reason to believe I am capable unless I am relied on by others. If I am not reliable or of any use, then how can I believe myself to be skillful if no one seeks for my power?
