⒈ action & video
[ Here is a young woman walking slowly through the streets of Asgard, noticeably new if only by the concerned look on her face as she glances about, her surroundings obviously unfamiliar to her. But perhaps of greater interest is the armor she wears, though her helmet is off and tucked under one arm, her strange key-shaped sword clutched in her other hand.
She's got a lot on her mind. The first thing she'd noticed is that her armor wasn't responding to her, only to lead very quickly to the realization that her Keyblade was ... inert. It felt dead in her hands, like all the light and all the power had gone out of it.
And as she walks, she notices other senses deadened, too. She cannot feel the Light or the Darkness. The only magic she's been able to produce has been a bit of ice - none of her normal spells, and nothing of her own personal magic, either.
When she finally stops, she stands before the Welcome Hall of Odin, staring up at it with more than a little uncertainty. She shifts her Keyblade into the hand also gripping her helmet, and presses her free hand to her mouth. ]
Restoring this world... and the one from whence I came.
Something about this is not right.
[ With a final sigh, Aqua lowers her arm and moves towards the door of Odin house, letting herself in to find "her" lodgings and perhaps come across anyone who might be able to explain things to her.
When she later does make it to her room, she will use her bracelet to make a video post to the network -- by now, she has managed to take off all of her armor and store it and her Keyblade out of sight, leaving her dressed in her normal clothes. ]
I've been told I can use this bracelet to communicate with all the other travelers in this place. My name is Aqua, and I'll be staying in Odin. Please, if anyone could help me, I'm looking for my friends. Their names are Terra and Ven. It's really important that I find them, so if you've heard anything at all, I'd really appreciate hearing it.
[ A beat, before she continues. ] Is ... it true that each person here is from a different world?
[ She remembers her charge: "do not tell anyone there are other worlds." But it was one of the very first things mentioned in the welcome letter she was given. Perhaps she can find out more about this strange place, what could very well be a nexus of all worlds -- the first thing of its kind that she's ever heard of.
How very strange indeed. ]

I just got here myself, so I can't help you with finding your friends, but I hope you do find them. There's a list of everybody here. You can get that on the bracelet, too.
There are people from a lot of different worlds. But sometimes a few show up from the same one. [Though they don't always remember the things they should.]

[ STARES ... FOR ... A FEW SECONDS ... ]
[ He doe look just like him. But he's so much older. Is this a trick? A trap, of some sort? ]
No, I'm really Zack. At least, I was last I checked.
[She doesn't look familiar at all. Which is strange. Not that he's never recognized as a SOLDIER, but this is different. He really hopes the gods don't regularly alter people's memories. Well, he'll be open to this. He wants to know what's going on here.]
You know me?
[ A pause. ]
I'm so sorry. Please forgive me! Yes, I do know you, and I saw you not too long ago. But ... I would swear you were at least a few years younger than you seem to be now. What is going on, here...?
But--I'm afraid I don't remember you.
It's ... kind of sad he doesn't remember. ]
Do you at least remember fighting in the games? Or Terra? Though I guess... if you really are older than I remember, and we're from different times after all, then this might have been years ago for you.

[ Said with a certain amount of humor, but also uncertainty. ]
[Which now seems like it happened in another lifetime altogether, but he does remember that time clearly, the thrill of leaving Gongaga for Midgar.]
But I've got a feeling that's not what you're talking about. [He shakes his head.] I'm the one and only, as far as I know.
It is strange. [It makes him start to doubt his certainty that Cloud is the Cloud he knows. But no, that's different. It has to be.] I think this place does play tricks on people.
It's nice to meet you again, Zack. Tricks aside, I hope this doesn't mean we can't still be friends.
[Maybe it had just been someone like him, a double, somehow. He can't claim to understand it, and he's not sure, but if they did know each other sometime, in some strange way...]
And if we've been friends before, I don't see why we can't be friends again.
[ Someday, she'll figure out what's going on here. But for now, this is alright. ]
We'll just have to make some new memories to replace the old ones.
I'm sure I'd have remembered you if I did meet you--we didn't have any girls as pretty in Gongaga. [Though now he's just being silly and making light.] Or any with blue hair, now that I think of it. It's a nice color.
[ ... it's definitely the same boy, at least. Aqua blushes, and quickly makes a sort of embarrassed, warding off gesture. ]
I -- I guess -- I don't really think about things like that. [ The words come out all in a rush. ] But ... thank you.
It's no problem, it's only the truth.
[He smiles, teasing in a friendly way.]
I hope I'm not the first guy who's told you that!
... actually, you are.
Must be something wrong with the guys where you come from.
[He shakes his head. Those hopeless guys, whoever they are.]
Well, I'm honored to be the first to tell you the truth.
