[ Arthur is taking a rest for the first time since he happened upon the fairies, and he looks the part. Slightly pale from the cold but cheeks flushed from running about, but he is put together and battle ready. This is the leader of the Knights of Camelot. ]
For those of you as of yet unaware, the touch of these creatures is as dangerous to bare skin as is flame - I'm told you call it frostbite. They're not difficult to kill, but their claws are sharp enough to tear through cloth and freeze flesh.
Those that are unarmed or incapable of combat would do well to remain indoors where they cannot reach you. Those of you that find yourselves caught in the streets with no means of escape, find the nearest blunt object and attempt to fend them off until myself or anyone in the vicinity can assist you to safety.
Sir Leon, Sir Gwaine - I know we are no longer in Camelot, [ He pauses, and inhales lightly ] but we are still knights, and as such, I believe we've a duty to protect the people of Asgard as much as our own. I would ask you to fight alongside me once more until the city is free of this plague. We need to ensure the women and children are securely out of harm's reach, and drive their numbers back to whence they came.
[ He pauses again, contemplating his next words carefully. ]
We may all be from separate worlds, different upbringings and customs, but we are all on common ground here. We've all been brought here and left to fend for ourselves, and so it's up to us to protect each other. I may be royalty in Camelot, but here, we are all equals, and I will do everything in my power to keep you all safe so that you may live to see your homes again. If there's to be a war and we're to be caught in the middle, I will proudly stand beside you and see it through to the end.
Stay strong, Asgard. These gods haven't seen the best of us yet.
[ He hesitates a second, as though there is so much more on his mind, before he turns the feed off. ]

Thank you. I suppose.
[ That halfway sounded a backhanded insult. He's not sure what to make of it. ]
You're welcome! Would you like any more help?
Not in this instance, Aradia. You should secure yourself someplace safe, we'll make do with the arms we have.
Well- if you're sure... but I'm a very good fighter.
It's not my doubt in your abilities but rather my concern for your safety. You're too young for the battlefield, and a woman aside. I'd prefer you to be out of harm's way.
...do you always presume things about how well people can or can't handle themselves?
[You just told a girl from a warrior race she can't fight cause she's a girl. N o p e.]
I don't mean to presume anything. Like I said, it's not that I doubt you, by any means. I don't want to unnecessarily endanger the lives of those I'd sooner give my own to protect.
[ Whyyy does this keep happening to him? Fuck you, Age of Chivalry! ]
Well, that's all well and good, really- and I'd appreciate it if I was the kind of girl who took all that well to being protected. But the fact of the matter is, I can protect myself, and having one more person who can do that around won't do any harm now, will it?
[Goddamn empowered dames and their crazy 'I can handle this' attitude.]
[video] so sorry for epic amounts of fail ;;
... I suppose not, no.
[ He still doesn't like the idea of it. >:| But he can't exactly tell her what she can and cannot do. ]
[video] not at all!
Good! So you just take care while you're out helping people, and let me know if you wind up needing any help, okay?
[Smart man, Arthur.]
[video] ;o; <33
... Just see that you look after yourself, Aradia. Please.
[ Look, he even asked nicely! ]
[video] ;A; <3
I will, don't worry!
[She's a big tough girl.]
