[The video opens to an extremely perturbed-looking face. He has an unruly thatch of blond curls, and is dressed in what appears to be medieval chainmail. He’s looking into the camera with a combined look of distrust and consternation.]

I appear to have been kidnapped. I am unaware of this manner of witchcraft keeping me here, but be aware that I am not a man who easily gives up. If it’s information about Prince Arthur and Camelot you are after, then you’d best look elsewhere. I am loyal to my King and my home.

Anyone with information about how to leave this place would be most welcome to find me.

[He nods, clearly finished his speech. This is then followed by about a minute of Leon trying to work out how to turn off the camera, his face becoming increasingly more perturbed by the second. There’s a brief look of triumph on his face as he works it out, then the feed ends.]

[It really is her. Not that he thought Gwaine was lying, but to actually see her like this after so many months. It floods back to him. Those weeks spent sitting on the cold dungeon floor, trying to work out how many men he'd lost. It takes him a long time before he responds, his voice low and steady.]

Lady Morgana.

[ She curtsies. ]

I am afraid we are all to stay here. A way out has yet to be found. Arthur is here though - did the maid tell you the name of your house?

[This has to be some kind of trick. Lulling him into a false sense of security. Hadn't she been acting like this the whole time she was secretly plotting against the crown. He sets his jaw, not answering her question just yet.]

How long have you been here?

A few weeks - me and Merlin arrived here together. And then came Sir Gwaine who I did not know, but Merlin did. And now Arthur and well, yourself.

Arthur's here as well? And he's spoken to you?

[What is happening in this place?]

Yes, yes of course he did. As if I'd leave him a choice. The last time I've seen him he was dying because of the Questing Beast. He and I belong to the same house.

The Questing Beast was four years ago.

[What Gwaine said, about time working differently in this place. Could she really be Morgana from all the way back then?]

So everyone who came here from Camelot took the time to tell me.

[ Maybe she's huffing, it's just not fair to have all of you so...older than she is. ]

But that is my last memory of Camelot regardless of that.

[This is starting to make Leon's head hurt. All those feelings and memories he felt when he first saw her are not going away, just layering with a hazy confusion. He remembers Morgana from all those years ago. Morgana who wore fancy frocks to tease the knights at feasts, and who bought flowers from the smallest flower girls in the marketplace. Morgana who was the only one who could calm Uther's temper.

But how can he even trust that that Morgana was less false than the smirking sorceress who killed his men and enslaved him in the dungeons for weeks? Leon finds himself falling back on his knightly training, as he always does when he's not sure what to say.]

Is Prince Arthur with you? I wish to speak with him. Urgently.
