In which a resident god decides to be an asshole.

[It isn't often that the gods address the people. Asking for the attention of the citizens is a sign of importance--something needs to be said, something needs to be taken care of, and the gods want their capable residents to handle it. They would never come on to the network just to say something useless, right?]
